To avoid long waits and cranky kids, 
appointments are scheduled to begin on the hour.

With the exceptions of illness or inclement weather, Mast Clinic requires 24 hour notice if an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled.

Note: Mast Clinic's support staff work offsite so they can be parents too. Be assured that they will return calls or emails as soon as possible.
